We provide outstanding tenant experiences, excellent rooms, and great facilities.
We have all been tenants. We have all had awful letting experiences. We all decided things should be different. So we designed the tenant experience for Holloway Wilson first, before we had any money, houses or ideas of how to get either.
But what does that mean for you? That means that from the moment you answer one of our ads, or enquire about one of our rooms, you’ll go through an (almost) efortless process, with all the information, appointment booking, contracts and documents provided digitally, in an easy and understandable way. We are easy to get hold of if you have a question, and the process is as painless as we can make it. We don’t take deposits, so there’s no messy mediation at the end of your tenancy, and once you’re in, all our maintenance is dealt with via our simple online portal.
We also offer a serviced option in all our rooms, which includes a weekly room clean and bed linen change (if you want it).

We are regulated through Rent Smart Wales as both Agents and Landlords, and all of our houses and rooms are up to the relevant fire and safety specifications. We take our responsibility to provide you with a safe, secure home very seriously, and undertake regular training to keep our knowledge up to date.
